Pickleball Art is an independent editorial website at pickleball.art. This page explains how the forms on this site handle your information. Last updated September 30, 2026.
Contact messages
When you use the contact form, we collect the name, email address, subject, and message you provide. We store them in a private Cloudflare D1 database and send a notification to our site inbox through Cloudflare Email Service so we can read and answer your inquiry. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check submissions for abuse; Cloudflare processes the verification in accordance with its privacy policy. You can instead email [email protected].
Email list
If you join our email list, we store your email address, the date and wording of your consent, and the signup location in a private Cloudflare D1 database. Cloudflare Email Service sends a confirmation link from our dedicated mail.pickleball.art subdomain. Your address joins the active list only after you confirm. Every email has a link to unsubscribe or cancel a pending request. We store token hashes and hourly abuse counters without raw IP addresses; Cloudflare Turnstile verifies signup requests. We use the list only for Pickleball Art updates. You can request removal at any time by emailing [email protected]. We do not sell the list.
Website operation
Cloudflare delivers this website and may process technical request data, including your IP address, to provide hosting and security. The theme may remember your light or dark display preference in a browser cookie. Articles may contain links to other websites; their privacy practices are their own.
Website analytics
We use Umami at stats.noq.us to understand visits, referring websites, article engagement, navigation, search usage, and form completion on pickleball.art. The tracker does not use analytics cookies, and we do not send form names, email addresses, message contents, search terms, security tokens, or confirmation links as event data. Search events include only the input length and result count. URLs exclude fragments and general query parameters; bounded campaign labels such as utm_source may be retained. External referrers are reduced to their website origin. The tracker respects your browser's Do Not Track setting. Local development and preview domains do not record visits in the production analytics property.
Access and deletion
To ask what contact or subscription information we have about you, or to request correction or deletion, email [email protected]. We retain form records while needed to handle inquiries and maintain the email list, and remove them when no longer needed or after a verified deletion request, subject to any applicable obligations.
